Welcome to AI-Recruitment, powered by Machon Noam LTD ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI Recruitment System (ATS) and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


1. Definitions

  • "Services": The AI Recruitment System and related services provided by Machon Noam LTD.
  • "User": Any individual or entity using our Services, including candidates and employers.

2. Scope of Services

Our AI Recruitment System ("Services") provides tools for recruitment and talent evaluation, facilitating interactions between candidates ("Users") and employers. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Submission of CVs (Resumes)
  • AI-Based Chat Interviews
  • Application Questionnaires
  • Video Interviews
  • Assessment Tests (e.g., Cognitive, SJT, Personality)
  • Candidate Matching and Evaluation

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect, process, and store personal data necessary to deliver the Services, including:

  • Personal Information: Name, contact details, CV/resume.
  • Assessment Results: Test scores, interview performance, and evaluations.
  • Behavioural Data: Interaction logs and usage metrics.
  • Video and Audio Data: Recordings from video interviews, used solely for evaluation and improvement of Services.

Data Retention:

  • Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Terms or as required by law. Retention periods vary by data type. Details are available upon request.

Data Protection:

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

  • Ensure that the individual applying for a job is the same person who completes all stages of the recruitment process, including interviews and assessments. Candidates must complete assessments and the recruitment process independently without sharing, outsourcing, or obtaining assistance from others.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the use of the Services, except as required by law.

Candidates are not permitted to share any details about the content of the tools or assessments used in their recruitment process. These assessments and tools are for the candidate’s personal use only.


8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Recruitment Powered by Machon Noam LTD from any claims arising out of their use of the Services.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • For Candidates: The Services are provided free of charge. Liability is limited to providing the Services as described herein.
  • For Employers: Liability is governed by the terms of their separate agreements or contracts.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • European Union: For EU Users, these Terms are governed by GDPR and the laws of the User's member state.
  • United States: For U.S. Users, these Terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws.

For international disputes, arbitration or mediation may be proposed as a resolution mechanism.


11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Non-Circumvention

Clients acknowledge that AI-Recruitment has a proprietary interest in the relationships it forms with candidates. Clients agree not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or engage candidates introduced by AI-Recruitment without obtaining express written permission.


18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


19. Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English text and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
